Arthur's Pike Challenge
ARTHUR’S PIKE CHALLENGEApprox 11km – Elevation gain 400mFastest time from the garden at High Winder to the top of Arthur’s Pike and back. Try and stick to the same route. Starting from by the Laundry take either route through the garden onto the fell or over the cattle grids onto the fell (your choice) after that try to stick to the route so someone isn’t accused of shaving time off going off piste. Once on the fell follow the main path and head under Heughscar and head towards the crossroads at the Roman Seat where you join the Ullswater Way path. Head to The Cockpit and turn right, stay on the Ullswater Way path until you have just crossed Aik Beck then turn left and head uphill. Once at the top of Arthur’s Pike quick selfie before retracing your steps back to High Winder. Send me your track (By Insta/ Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp) from your Garmin/ Strava/ etc. along with the selfie and we will publish your time and add to the fastest times board.
